How do I know if my photo will create a good quality print?

How long is the processing time?
Off-peak is 2-7 business days
Peak period (e.g. holidays) is 5-12 business days.

The shipping method used depends on the product. For orders in the US we use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia. Shipping times vary.

For international orders- We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.


What is your return policy?
Each order is custom printed on demand. Custom orders can’t be returned unless the order is defective.
In a rare event in which an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 30 days. We do not accept returns in cases where the customer wants a different size or color. If you change your mind or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning it.

How do I cancel my order?
Since we try to start production of orders as soon as possible, order cancellation has to be done within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel orders after 12 hours. Please Contact Us if you wish to cancel an order. In your message please include your name, order number and email associated with the order.


My package is lost or stolen. What should I do?
All orders within the US and some international countries will be given a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is about to be shipped. Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm with the delivery service that they did lose the package. No replacement will be sent until we have this confirmation.
Sorry but stolen packages will not be replaced since it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package as the tracking number will indicate when it should arrive.

Why does the new product have a weird smell?
This is a byproduct of the printing process. But don't worry, this is just a temporary condition. Now that your item is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the odor will dissipate after a few days.
